Registration fees include a reception Monday night, continental breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; breaks each day, and admittance into all meeting sessions.

There will be a 15% fee to process any changes or cancellations.  After July 1, 2008, no refunds will be issued.  Cancellation notification must be in writing; Email to mrussell@aashto.org or mail to: AASHTO, Monica E. Russell, 444 N. Capitol St. NW, Ste. 249, Washington, D.C. 20001. No refunds will be issued to those who register but do not attend.

Substitutions for those registered but unable to attend are accepted and encouraged.
